Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that as we work with multiple suppliers, items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
Delivery Timeframes We ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Metro areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
- Remote areas: 7–14 business days
International shipping is not currently available.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our website for current offers.
Split Shipments As our products are sourced from various suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple packages. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delays Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather events, or high demand periods. Eco Detail Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
